TEXAS INTERNATIONAL CUP “FOLLOW & SCORE” SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

2. SPONSOR

Texas International Cup, c/o Tournament Director, 28274 Wooded Mist Dr., Spring, Texas 77386

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and who are either (a) a rostered coach, team manager, or parent/guardian of a rostered player in the 2025 Texas International Cup (“TIC”) youth‑soccer tournament, or (b) an individual who designates a rostered TIC player or team for prize use as described in Section 7. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, agencies, and the immediate family/household of each are not eligible.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Begins 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) May 17 2025 and ends 11:59 p.m. CT May 24 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time‑keeping device.

5. HOW TO ENTER

Log in to your public Instagram account (free to join).
Follow @InterationalCupSeries
Locate the pinned giveaway post and, in a single comment, type the below, B for Boys team or G for Girls team:
⚽ [Team Name] [Age Group] [B or G] [Home City] — e.g., ⚽ Tigers 8U B Dallas.
In the same comment, tag @InternationalCupSeries (automatically applied when you comment) and do not delete the comment before winners are confirmed.
Bonus Entries: In that same comment you may tag up to three (3) additional Instagram accounts. For each tagged account that also follows @InternationalCupSeries during the Promotion Period, the original commenter receives one (1) additional entry (max three bonus entries).

Limit four (4) total entries per person/Instagram handle: one required + up to three bonus.

6. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

Hand‑print your full name, mailing address, phone, e‑mail, Instagram handle, team name, age group, gender, and city on a 3 × 5 inch card and mail, post‑marked and received by May 24 2025, to: “Texas International Cup Giveaway AMOE,” 711 Highlander Boulevard Arlington, Texas 76015 USA. One entry per stamped envelope; bulk shipments not accepted.

AMOE entries count toward the same total entry limit (four) and are combined with Instagram entries for the drawing.

7. VERIFICATION OF TIC CONNECTION

Within twenty-four (24) hours of prize notification (Section 9), potential winners must:

(a) provide photo ID; and
(b) confirm their relationship to the named TIC player or team (e.g., roster e‑mail from tournament, screenshot of roster) or designate in writing a specific rostered TIC player or team to receive the prize.

Failure to satisfy (a) and (b) or providing false information will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.

8. PRIZES / APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)

Total ARV of all prizes: $850. Gift cards subject to issuer terms and conditions. No substitution, assignment, or transfer permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves right to substitute prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.

9. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

Sponsor will compile all eligible entries and conduct a random drawing on or about May 25 2025 at Sponsor’s address. The names of confirmed winners will be publicly announced during the Texas International Cup awards ceremony on or about May 26 2025 (exact time posted on the tournament schedule). Odds depend on number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (or by e‑mail for AMOE entries) and must respond within 24 hours as outlined in Section 7. If a potential winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to comply, Sponsor will draw an alternate.

10. PRIZE CLAIM & FULFILLMENT

Prizes can be claimed in person at the TIC Awards Ceremony by the verified winner or their designated rostered player’s parent/guardian. Valid photo ID is required. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

11. TAXES

Each winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes arising from acceptance or use of the prize. Because individual prize values are below $600, Sponsor does not anticipate issuing IRS Form 1099‑MISC, but reserves the right to do so if required by law.

12. LICENSE & PUBLICITY

By entering, entrant grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use entrant’s name, likeness, Instagram handle, and submitted comment for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms Inc., American Express Company, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, receipt, or use/misuse of any prize.

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

15. DISPUTES

All disputes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Entrant consents to jurisdiction and venue in, and agrees that any claims shall be resolved exclusively by, the federal or state courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

16. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy (link visible on tournament website) and will be used solely for Sweepstakes administration and TIC communications.

17. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants understand they are providing information to Sponsor, not to Instagram.
