STAY TO PLAY POLICY 

All traveling teams are required to use the tournament housing system for their hotel needs as a requirement of participation in the tournament.   Please do not set up hotel arrangements on your own.  Key Bookings is the housing agency for the tournament and the online links and information are available.

You MUST use this service. It is MANDATORY for participation in the tournament If your team is traveling to the tournament and using hotels. If your team is local (from the greater Dallas/ Fort Worth area) and not traveling, this does not apply.  

• Teams traveling must reserve a minimum of 8 rooms for Under 13 and older: for a minimum 3 night stay
• Teams traveling must reserve a minimum of 6 rooms for Under 9-12 for a minimum 3 night stay 

Teams that prefer to not use this service, have the option of paying a $500 surcharge in not meeting the minimum numbers.
